2007 Chardonnay, Napa Valley
The grapes in our 2007 vintage are sourced two vineyards – one in St. Helena and the other in north Napa. This is the first blend Laura has produced - 95.5% chardonnay and 4.5% sauvignon blanc. This chardonnay was barrel fermented and the sauvignon blanc adds a touch of flintiness to the nose. The wine is a lovely, straw yellow color. Barrel aged for seven months in 80% new French oak.
